BioThe pen is mightier than the sword, and a keyboard is just as handy.
I'm a writer of the variety of fiction collectively labeled "Speculative Fiction." I'm working on a couple novel-length works right now that you will hopefully see in print sometime in the near future. My work tends to be a little dark with quirky humor and replete with the fantasy, sci-fi and horror elements that I love to read about in other books. Translation: Expect a healthy helping of elves, dragons, faeries, vampires, werewolves, aliens and anything that could fall under the category of "weird stuff".
I live in Texas with my husband and two wonderful daughters. I have a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M Commerce in English, though I hope to work my way up to at least a master's someday. By day I teach preschool Spanish, by night I teach adult ESL, but my love is writing.
